The room that started it
The first session was not planned as a programme. A partner university asked two of our engineers to spend an afternoon with final-year students who were about to graduate into a market that had quietly moved on without them. We expected twenty people. The room did not empty for four hours, and the questions were not about tools, they were about whether there would still be a job.
