It is deliberately light. If a host has a room and an audience, we can usually make the rest work.

From first message to published material
Tell us who the room is
Audience, rough numbers, language and what they already know. One paragraph is enough.
We shape the session
We send back an outline within a week: what we would cover, how long, and what people leave with.
We schedule around your calendar
Cohorts run where our teams already travel; elsewhere we run them live online rather than decline.
The material is published
Slides and notebooks go public in both languages so you can run it again without us, and the cohort is added to the impact record.
What we will not pretend about
Two honest constraints: our teaching capacity is finite, so busy quarters can mean a wait; and we will say no to a session whose real purpose is a sales audience rather than a learning one.
