Our programmes for human capability development in Saudi Arabia
Free training initiatives delivered by our professionals across all regions of Saudi Arabia, aiming to transfer technical knowledge and qualify national cadres according to the highest global standards.
AI literacy for teachers
School and university teachers, curriculum leads, teacher networks.
Teachers are handed the hardest version of this problem: students already use these tools, the rules are unwritten, and the guidance available is either marketing or panic. We spend the session on what the models genuinely do, where they fabricate, how to design work that survives them, and how to talk to parents about it.
Format
Half-day workshop, in person where we can travel
Length
3–4 hours
You leave with
A lesson-ready set of prompts, an assessment policy draft and a plain-language explanation of model limits.
What we cover
- What the model is actually doing when it answers
- Fabrication, bias and why confidence is not accuracy
- Designing assignments that AI cannot complete for the student
- A classroom AI policy the school can adopt as written
Data & AI bootcamps
Final-year students, recent graduates and career changers, hosted by a university or technology chamber.
Toy datasets teach nothing about the job. Cohorts work an anonymized problem taken from delivery, messy joins, missing history, a definition two departments disagree on, and are reviewed the way we review our own engineers.
Format
Weekly evening cohort with a capstone
Length
Scoped with you
You leave with
A working capstone built on a real anonymized problem, a reviewed portfolio piece and a certificate of completion.
What we cover
- SQL and modelling to a production standard
- Analytics engineering: tests, lineage, documentation
- Applied AI: retrieval, evaluation, and knowing when not to use a model
- Capstone review with a practising engineer
Free data-foundation clinics
Ministries, hospitals, municipalities, charities and community organisations.
Most public bodies are told they need an AI strategy when what they need is a data owner, a definition and a pipeline that runs on time. A clinic reads the actual estate for half a day and leaves the finding behind. No engagement is attached, and organisations that never hire us are counted in the impact numbers all the same.
Format
Half-day clinic on your own data estate
Length
One session, no follow-on required
You leave with
A written note naming what is blocking any AI initiative, in priority order, with what each would take to fix.
What we cover
- Where the data actually lives and who owns it
- The definitions two departments disagree on
- Privacy and residency constraints before anything is built
- Three blockers, prioritised, with effort estimates
Everything we know, published
Anyone, anywhere, with no account.
The library is deliberately complete rather than teasing. It includes the stage gates, the failure modes and the evaluation checklists, in English and Arabic, with no gate. The bet is simple: teams that can judge the work are better clients when they do buy, and better practitioners when they do not.
Format
Frameworks, playbooks, checklists and research posts
Length
Permanent
You leave with
A team can run the method themselves, including the frameworks we sell services against.
What we cover
- The full framework library, ungated
- Delivery playbooks and stage gates
- Evaluation and governance checklists
- Research posts in English and Arabic
